For over 35 years the International Auto Sound Challenge Association, or IASCA, has provided the criteria, measurement process, judging standards and team guidance to enable our members to showcase and improve the design, engineering and craftsmanship in the installation of mobile electronics.

IASCA - The Standard By Which Great Mobile Electronics Performance Is Measured
We are a collective of kindred spirits who take the design, engineering and installation of audio electronics seriously, and share that interest and passion with other members to create a culture with a healthy camaraderie and "Spirited Competition."
IASCA is the reference sanctioning body for vehicle audio competition for over 35 years.
From the beginning, in 1989, at our first annual meet in Tempe Arizona, IASCA or International Auto Sound Challenge Association, have organized events for competitors and manufacturers to get together in a spirited competition and heated rivalry to earn the right to be crowned best sound in show.
IASCA has championed the pursuit of audio perfection with cars like the 1986 Buick Grand National, modified by SpeakerWorks in Orange, California, and is believed to be the only vehicle ever to retire undefeated from the pro division of IASCA's national sound-off circuit. The Buick Grand National won IASCA's Pro unlimited title in 1989, 1990, and 1991 before being retired.
